This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you visit agxnt.com, contact us, register your interest in AGXNT, create an account, connect third-party services or otherwise use AGXNT.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, AGXNCY LTD is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What AGXNT does

AGXNT is a product intelligence service designed to help product and engineering teams understand activity across the tools they use to build and manage products.

AGXNT may connect to authorised third-party services and use information from those services to generate contextual summaries, briefings and other product intelligence for the user.

Users choose which services to connect and what permissions to grant.

Information we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • company or organisation;
  • job title or role;
  • account information;
  • information submitted through forms, waitlists or early-access requests; and
  • information you provide when contacting us.

We may also collect technical and usage information when you use the AGXNT website or service, including:

  • IP address;
  • browser type;
  • device information;
  • operating system;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • pages or features used;
  • referring source;
  • date and time of visits; and
  • technical logs and diagnostic information.

We do not intentionally collect special category personal data through the AGXNT website.

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide and operate AGXNT;
  • create and manage user accounts;
  • authenticate users;
  • connect authorised third-party services;
  • generate summaries, briefings and other product intelligence;
  • respond to enquiries and support requests;
  • manage waitlists, pilots and early-access programmes;
  • send product news and updates where appropriate;
  • improve AGXNT and understand how the service is used;
  • maintain security and prevent misuse;
  • diagnose technical issues;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
  • establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Our lawful basis for processing depends on the purpose for which the information is used.

We may rely on:

  • Consent, for example where required for marketing communications or non-essential cookies.
  • Contractual necessity, where processing is needed to provide the AGXNT service or take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Legitimate interests, including operating and improving AGXNT, understanding product usage, maintaining security and communicating with prospective customers where permitted by law.
  • Legal obligation, where processing is required by applicable law.

Connected services

AGXNT may allow users to connect third-party services in order to provide product intelligence, summaries, briefings and related functionality.

When you connect a third-party service, AGXNT only accesses information that you have authorised and that is required to provide the relevant feature.

The exact information available to AGXNT depends on the permissions you grant through the third-party service.

We do not access information from a connected service unless you have authorised the connection.

Google account and Google API data

If you choose to connect a Google account to AGXNT, Google may provide us with basic account information such as:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • Google account identifier; and
  • profile image, where available.

Depending on the Google services and permissions you authorise, AGXNT may also access additional Google user data required to provide the relevant feature.

We only request Google OAuth scopes that are necessary for AGXNT functionality.

Google user data accessed by AGXNT is used only to provide and improve the user-facing functionality you have requested.

We do not:

  • sell Google user data;
  • use Google user data for advertising;
  • use Google user data to build advertising profiles; or
  • use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke AGXNT’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

You may also contact us at hello@agxnt.com to request that we disconnect your Google account or delete personal information associated with your AGXNT account.

Revoking access through Google prevents future access to the relevant Google data but may not automatically delete information previously provided to AGXNT.

AI processing

AGXNT may use artificial intelligence systems to process authorised information in order to generate summaries, briefings and other product intelligence.

Where data from connected services is used in this way, it is processed only to provide the AGXNT functionality requested by the user, operate the service and improve its reliability.

AGXNT does not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

As AGXNT develops, we may use external AI or model providers to support product functionality. Where those providers process personal information on our behalf, we will use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Email communications

We use Resend to provide email delivery infrastructure.

If you contact us, join a waitlist, request early access or subscribe to updates, your email address and related delivery information may be processed through Resend so that we can send those communications.

Where consent is required for marketing communications, we will only send them where appropriate consent has been provided.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in the relevant email or by contacting hello@agxnt.com.

We may still send essential service or account-related communications where necessary.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and understand the AGXNT website.

Some technologies are strictly necessary for the website to function securely and reliably.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use agxnt.com.

Google Analytics may collect information such as:

  • pages visited;
  • session duration;
  • referring source;
  • device and browser information;
  • approximate location; and
  • interactions with the website.

Where required by UK law, non-essential analytics cookies will only be activated after you have provided consent.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie controls made available on the website.

Google Analytics data is separate from Google user data accessed through an authorised OAuth connection.

Hosting and infrastructure

We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate AGXNT.

Our current providers include:

  • Vercel — website hosting and frontend infrastructure.
  • Railway — backend and application infrastructure.
  • Resend — email delivery infrastructure.
  • Google Analytics — website analytics.

These providers may process limited technical or personal information where necessary to provide their services to us.

We may change or add providers as AGXNT develops. Where a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we will update this Privacy Policy.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers where necessary to operate AGXNT.

We may also disclose personal information:

  • where required by law, regulation, court order or public authority;
  • where necessary to protect AGXNCY, AGXNT, our users or others;
  • to investigate fraud, misuse or security incidents;
  • to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections; or
  • where you have otherwise authorised us to do so.

Third-party providers acting on our behalf are not permitted to use personal information for unrelated purposes.

International transfers

Some of the service providers we use may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred outside the UK and applicable law requires safeguards, we will use an appropriate mechanism, which may include:

  • a UK adequacy regulation;
  • the UK International Data Transfer Agreement;
  • the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; or
  • another recognised safeguard.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason we hold it.

For example:

  • account information may be retained while your AGXNT account remains active;
  • information from connected services may be retained only for as long as needed to provide the relevant functionality;
  • enquiry information may be retained while we respond and for a reasonable period afterwards;
  • waitlist and early-access information may be retained during product development and launch;
  • marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe or we determine it is no longer required; and
  • certain information may be retained longer where necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting or security reasons.

Where personal information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.

Data deletion and revoking access

You can disconnect authorised third-party services through the relevant provider or through AGXNT where that functionality is available.

You can revoke AGXNT’s access to your Google account through your Google Account permissions.

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your AGXNT account by contacting:

hello@agxnt.com

Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise the relevant information unless we are required to retain it for legal, security or regulatory purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information from accidental or unlawful loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access.

These measures may include access controls, secure infrastructure, encryption where appropriate, logging and monitoring.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • ask us to delete personal information;
  • ask us to restrict certain processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • request portability of certain personal information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • complain about how your personal information has been handled.

To exercise these rights, contact hello@agxnt.com.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Children

AGXNT is intended for professional and organisational use and is not directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy as AGXNT develops, our technology or integrations change, or legal requirements evolve.
