Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of agxnt.com and any early-access, beta or related AGXNT services made available through the website.

AGXNT is owned and operated by AGXNCY LTD (“AGXNCY”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15150460, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

By accessing or using AGXNT, you agree to these Terms.

1. About AGXNT

AGXNT is a product intelligence service designed to help product and engineering teams understand activity across the tools they use to build and manage products.

AGXNT may connect to authorised third-party services and use information from those services to generate summaries, briefings and other product intelligence.

AGXNT is currently under development. Features, integrations and functionality may change, be added, removed, delayed or discontinued as the product evolves.

Nothing on the website guarantees that any particular feature, integration, pricing model or service will remain available.

2. Eligibility

You may use AGXNT only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use AGXNT on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

AGXNT is intended for professional and organisational use and is not directed at children.

3. Accounts and access

Some AGXNT features may require you to create an account or authenticate through a third-party service.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • maintaining the security of your login credentials;
  • keeping account access appropriately restricted; and
  • notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where that activity results from your failure to protect your credentials or access.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect AGXNT, our users or our systems.

4. Early access and beta services

AGXNT may be made available on an early-access, preview, pilot or beta basis.

Beta features may:

  • be incomplete;
  • contain errors;
  • change without notice;
  • operate differently from future versions; or
  • be withdrawn at any time.

Participation in a waitlist or early-access programme does not guarantee future availability, continued access or access to any particular feature.

We may limit access to beta services at our discretion.

5. Connected services

AGXNT may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google or other workplace and product tools.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect those services and make the relevant information available to AGXNT.

When you connect a service, you authorise AGXNT to access and process the information covered by the permissions you grant for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.

You can revoke access through the relevant third-party provider or through AGXNT where that functionality is available.

Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions or other actions taken by third-party providers that affect AGXNT functionality.

6. Google services

If you connect a Google account, AGXNT may access information that you explicitly authorise through Google’s OAuth consent process.

Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke AGXNT’s Google access through your Google Account permissions at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use AGXNT:

  • unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • to infringe another person’s rights;
  • to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or information;
  • to introduce malware or other harmful code;
  • to interfere with or disrupt the service;
  • to bypass security controls or usage restrictions;
  • to probe, test or attack AGXNT infrastructure without permission;
  • to access information that you are not authorised to access;
  • to impersonate another person or organisation;
  • to use AGXNT in a way that creates unreasonable technical load on the service; or
  • to use the service for activity that could expose AGXNCY or other users to legal or regulatory risk.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

8. Your data and content

You retain ownership of information and content that you or your organisation provide to AGXNT.

You grant AGXNCY the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyse, transform and display that information solely for the purpose of providing, securing and improving the AGXNT service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide information to AGXNT and to authorise its processing.

Our processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Where AGXNT later processes personal data on behalf of business customers as a processor, additional data-processing terms may apply.

9. AI-generated outputs

AGXNT may use artificial intelligence systems to generate summaries, briefings, recommendations or other outputs.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.

You should exercise appropriate judgement before relying on AGXNT outputs for material business decisions.

AGXNT is intended to provide product intelligence and support decision-making. It does not replace professional, legal, financial, regulatory or other specialist advice.

You remain responsible for decisions made on the basis of AGXNT outputs.

10. Intellectual property

AGXNCY LTD owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in AGXNT and the website, including its software, branding, visual design, interfaces, text, graphics, models, workflows, documentation and other materials, except for content owned by users or third parties.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use AGXNT for its intended purpose.

You may not, except where permitted by law:

  • copy or reproduce substantial parts of AGXNT;
  • reverse engineer the service;
  • attempt to discover source code or proprietary implementation details;
  • resell or commercially exploit AGXNT without permission;
  • remove proprietary notices; or
  • use AGXNT branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without consent.

11. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions or ideas about AGXNT, you allow us to use that feedback to develop or improve the service without payment or obligation to you.

This does not transfer ownership of your underlying confidential information or intellectual property.

12. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that AGXNT will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical issues or service improvements.

AGXNT may depend on third-party infrastructure and services, including providers such as Vercel, Railway, Google and Resend.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services where those matters are outside our reasonable control.

13. Changes to AGXNT

We may modify, update or discontinue AGXNT or any part of it.

Where practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes that substantially affect active users.

Early-access and beta functionality may change without advance notice.

14. Charges and future paid services

AGXNT may introduce paid plans, subscriptions or usage-based services in the future.

We will provide applicable pricing and additional commercial terms before charging you.

We will not charge you merely because you have joined a waitlist or early-access programme unless you have expressly agreed to a paid service.

If paid services are introduced, separate subscription or customer terms may apply.

15. Confidentiality

If AGXNT is provided to you as part of a private pilot, preview or early-access programme, information clearly identified as confidential should be treated as confidential and not disclosed except where reasonably necessary for your organisation’s use of the service or where required by law.

This does not apply to information that is already public through no breach of confidence, was already lawfully known to you, or is independently developed without use of confidential information.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using AGXNT, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with that policy.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If you use AGXNT for business purposes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, AGXNCY will not be liable for:

  • loss of profits;
  • loss of revenue;
  • loss of anticipated savings;
  • loss of business opportunities;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • indirect or consequential loss; or
  • losses arising from decisions made solely in reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Because AGXNT is currently under development, preview and beta services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

UK consumer law requires contractual terms to be fair and transparent, and unfair terms may not be enforceable.

18. Indemnity

If you use AGXNT on behalf of a business, you will be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, infringement of third-party rights, or provision of data that you were not authorised to provide.

This does not apply to losses caused by AGXNCY’s own breach of these Terms, negligence or unlawful conduct.

19. Suspension and termination

You may stop using AGXNT at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • you materially breach these Terms;
  • use of AGXNT creates a security or legal risk;
  • continued provision is no longer commercially or technically practicable;
  • required by law or a relevant authority; or
  • an early-access or beta programme ends.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before terminating access.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as AGXNT develops.

If changes are material and affect existing users, we may provide notice through the service, by email or by another reasonable method.

The current version of these Terms will always be published on the website with the date of the latest update.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you use AGXNT for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Where applicable consumer law gives an individual the right to bring proceedings elsewhere within the United Kingdom, these Terms do not remove that right.
